Change of Address

Please notify EVE as soon as possible when your mailing address changes. For your protection, we will not accept address changes by telephone. Please submit your change using the Contact Us form OR in writing by mail. If you mail your changes to us, please include your name, date of request, owner number, phone number, email address, and signature.
