OVERVIEW

The Brazos Valley area comprises the northeastern extent of the Giddings Austin Chalk Field as well as the northeastern extent of prolific Eagle Ford production.
Recent well-results from Wildhorse, Lonestar, Hawkwood, and GeoSouthern in the Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk have spurred a leasing and acquisition play.
Gen-3 completions are driving higher recoveries and lower break-even costs.
Eagle Valley has decades of experience in the play.
Recent Ride Lonesome 1H well exhibited similar productivity to some of the best wells in the play on a per-stage basis
Additional upside potential in Buda and Georgetown benches.
